Easy key collection, clean towels in all bedrooms, toilet paper in bathroom, and basic kitchen essentials. Host easily accessible. Loved the garden swing. Spacious bedrooms, all with double beds. Large upstairs bathroom. Smooth check-in process and plenty of street parking available. Tidiness was commendable.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby cycling trails, which provided stunning views and a chance to enjoy the outdoors. The web access was reliable, allowing us to easily research local attractions and plan our days. a wonderful place to stay for families who love outdoor activities and staying connected.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more child-friendly amenities available. The addition of a small play area or toys for the children would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's decoration and general areas had a lovely homely feel, with beautiful floral wallpaper and cozy sitting areas. It was very accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and handrails throughout, making it easy to navigate.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. A little bit more help with carrying luggage or offering support would have been greatly appreciated.

We recently stayed at a large 6-bedroom house and had a wonderful experience. the bedrooms were spacious, each equipped with clean towels and comfortable double beds. We especially loved the large upstairs bathroom and the fact that there were basic essentials provided in the kitchen. Checking in was easy, and there was ample street parking available outside. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and appreciated the host who was easily accessible. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swing in the garden, which added a lovely touch to the overall experience. Cons: Unfortunately, our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! 😔.

I must say, the decoration in this place was lovely. It had a homely feel with nice touches like cozy cushions and beautiful curtains. The general areas were well-kept and clean, and I especially appreciated the easy accessibility for senior people. The stairs were not too steep, and there were handrails throughout the house, making it safe and convenient for us older folks.
I would have loved to have more lighting in the living room area. It was quite dark, even during the day, and the artificial light didn't do much to brighten it up.

Our stay at the Large 6 Bedroom House in Smethwick was comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable double beds, and the upstairs bathroom was large and well-maintained. Checking in was a breeze, and we appreciated the ample street parking available outside. The host was easily reachable and responsive to our needs. We also loved the swing in the garden, which added a playful touch to our stay. I would recommend this property for a group looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
Drawbacks: The kitchen could have been better equipped, as the knives were blunt and there weren't enough lights in the living room, which made it quite dark even with artificial lighting. Additionally, the front bedroom upstairs always felt cold because the window was constantly open due to a security camera being plugged in.
